Nothing wrong with them

I did two with my wife and daughter nearby and that’s it. The other 250 were done all alone. The one on the left was completely with them watching. The blue one was about half done with them watching.

Painting ain’t about me per se. I paint to heal myself from the shitstorms I’ve witnessed and participated in. If I’m lucky, very lucky, other folks will see something of mine that helps them heal, too. I do not know how else to exist…

Funny thing about me is that I paint alone while listening to jazz or new age or classical music. But I know things I’ve heard or read influences me in ways that I never imagined
