No one is starving because people make games using Ai art. They are starving because they can’t/won’t adapt to new tools in an ever-changing world. That applies to all of us, regardless of profession. Supply, demand, innovation. Know many photographers still using film and darkrooms?

Their loss. We do this for fun because we love to write, love to play, and love to share our work. What amazes me is how visual art has usurped storytelling and solid mechanics in the ttrpg space. Since when did art become the primary reason to buy/play a game? To each his own I guess.

Ah yes, the professional virtue-signaling victim. Well, best to you in your endeavors and I do hope you enjoy whatever game(s) you choose to play or creative outlet(s) you choose to engage or support - they are, after all, meant for fun.
