That's just what I think it could mean, maybe it's like you said and only affects individual downvoters? On the bright side, I very much doubt the rest of feeds will be affected, most run by posting key words chronologically and not based on how much interaction their posts get.

bluesky repeats that mantra about not using algorithms but I'm starting to think the discover feed is essentially running on them. This stuff would basically mean things heavily disliked would appear less on that feed in general. Because otherwise it makes no sense I think?

I still think it's a neat idea, I see it more as a tribute to the ancient and distant peoples everywhere, but I feel like that would not be the most popular take

A scrapped claytober idea I got was to make a sculpture featuring something from a different ancient culture every day, haniwas, olmec heads, sumer scribes... but there's a non zero chance that would not be taken well somehow (even though I would specifically choose extinct civilizations)

Today I'll bake two clays. Since my lazy ass has not finished claytober successfully, at least I'll have baked 10 in total, which is not bad either.

This person did so with Thai, a very unfamiliar language compared to his native english. Maybe I could get faster results in my case, since Italian is similar to Spanish (and even more similar to Catalan)

Just read a guy that claims to have learnt (over hundreds to thousands of hours) a language purely by listening it with comprehensible input. Only got into the writting part after 1000 hours in. How feasible is it?
