Just throwing it out there, but the new .hack should be Persona. Stuff to do in the real world and stuff to do in The World. Story, Quests and Social Links bridging the two.

It's not uncommon for me to have little thought expiriments in the wild where I wonder how things work or how I would fix/improve them. But I've been on a big kick lately thinking about huge sweeping nigh impossible things that would never ever see the light of day.

It was so disappointing to not see anything in 3, and then the DLC just barely touching it as well. Still cannot believe there was no Sephiroth fight or continuing that Cloud/Seph storyline, what a dropped ball.
