Post run fuel, family dinner. Simmered tomatoes with chicken stock, spices and fresh garlic, folded in fresh chopped power greens at the end and then folded that in to freshly cooked andouille sausage and folded that in with fresh mushroom stuffed pasta. Ground meats are rare for us. Tasty.
