Obviously I need to watch my diet better, have protein and exercise
But I've always had a huge problem with ridiculous metabolism. I would eat 3 to 4 meals a day with meat portions yet I weigh less than 100% of people born males and 97% of people born female. I dont give my weight out anymore lol

I quit eating meat about a month ago. The meat industry is something that I can't fund. We're all sheltered from amimal cruelty, while it depletes nutrients of arable land and adding huge amounts of greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere.

But damn I visibly lost weight and I hate that.
