There’s some wax paper in between the sheets. It gets a little smushed, but honestly not too bad. I’ve decided it still counts as plein air if you are in the car!

I often steer away from naturally beautiful subjects, but I can’t help but swoon over a good sunrise. Paintings that happen this quickly demand no apology. I think because everyone is still asleep and blissfully unaware of the mistakes I’ve made. Defects become virtues, if you just wait a minute.

Very cool to see. 100% agree it’s not cheating. Tracing has been around forever, glad to see it being used so well.

Yes! How long will it be up??

Finishing a painting, at least for me, sit's somewhere between impatience and bravery. Which, I realize are not mutually exclusive human emotions, but wherever they DO overlap is where I think I find myself a lot of the time.

I love that they're welcoming us into they're exclusive circle.
