The ones in charge there appear to have been able to give themselves top OMB ranks of 13 and/or 15, effectively giving themselves salaries of well over $100,000 (and that is of GOV money).

From reading WIRED, I see it seems to be a mixed bag; some employees are ‘unpaid’, some are paid by private sector, and some have taxpayer funded salaries.

And it’s not about efficiency, as seen in how whole divisions devoted to efficiency—with great track records—have been eradicated by it.

I see DOGE more a corporate thing than a governmental thing, because its employees are paid by corporations. It has little actual interest in, nor allegiance to, government. Its interest is in destroying the things it is in fact destroying.

…keeping the lib in liberty since 1776….

I suspect that this entity both lied and truth-told. The book-part is true, I bet. The 10-years ain’t.
