ICE is largely not ICE - They are bounty-hunters.

Early in January the administration started contacting bounty-hunters offering them $1000-$1500 per immigrant.

I think what we keep seeing is likely a mix of bounty-hunters and militia.

It would explain outfits, masks, aggression, no badges
