Why does being #neurodivergent suck in the US?

Asking because I'd LOVE for insurance to cover in-home supports, but those supports are often seen as luxury.

Luxury? Is my house turning into a hoard a luxury because my brain said "no" to cleaning?

Increasing the price because FAFO by suspending Jimmy Kimmel Live — censorship — I'm good. I have enough streaming services to keep me entertained without Disney and Hulu.

If I knew what I know now about student loans back in my 20s, I would have made vastly different decisions.

I'm not against repaying my loans. All I ask is they it's reasonable and possible.

Every way I do the math, I don't know how the DoE got my monthly repayment amount for IBR.

If Common Core makes kids show their math, the DoE should have to as well!

I really want to befriend crows, but I live in a townhouse and feel that would be irresponsible.

So, RETIREMENT PLAN: buy land, build a mini home bunker ( #climatechange ), befriend crows, sell plots of land to people who want community.

Student loans should have ZERO interest. ZERO! The ROI to the government is improving the workforce.

Note: Real desire is free education, but we are in a beggars can't be chooser situation. So, a small ask to start.

Tried of being, "She needs to apply herself."

This IS me applying.

I work for a fantastic leader who gets it and applies my skills.

It wasn't me, but my leader not knowing how to "apply" me.

Janey (Capt. Janeway) is perturbed that the last nebula didn't have HER treats. Yes, there were treats, but not to her standard.

Thinking back to one of the best bosses I've worked for.

Horrible human. However, he was a good manager because he spelled it out.

Told me what he expected & then asked me what I expected.

Because I answered that question, he became a great manager. Right‽ Plot twist!

Moral: Set expectations.

😲 WOW! I can call (I hate the phone for hearing reasons). While I know there are services for the hearing impaired, some people get serious anxiety making a call.

My hearing issues = my ears are dyslexic, not I'm hard of hearing.

Not trying to bash you. I'm really just saying that's messed up.
