Like if you don’t have Carte or wanna save for 3.X, you absolutely can skip Chisa right now, but her value is only really gonna increase the more dot teams we get (and we are getting more, they reworked some of the dots such as Havoc bane), so she’s a skippable but very good unit

IMO very dependent since it has the same buff as Aero Rover’s but for all rather than just aero, so she is a bit more of an investment character but in general just feels a lot better to play and provides a lot of def shredding and heals and shields and grouping, also introduced havoc bane

(On pryderwn fyi, so truly the pinnacle of reliability) (not)

Ngl it still kills me that Chisa is somehow ranked at T2 in whiwa (or t1.5 with sig) over Aero Rover and that she has the partner tag and not THEM when their entire existence depends on Cartethiya

When Chisa gets a rerun and people realize they don’t want to fucking deal with Aero Rover’s dogshit gameplay anymore and she achieves her SK negative status crown and she makes 8 chisaillon dollars
