Medicaid is so annoying. It won’t switch me from trulicity to monjuro and now it’s trying to dictate the time frame I can see my dermatologist. 🙄

I want to reinvent myself.

I keep having panic attacks. It’s hard to breathe. I feel like I am suffocating.

My problem with most social media apps is that I forget they exist lol. Oops, hi.

Honestly, still dealing with pain and just dissociating with books lately.

Mostly! Still have some long covid symptoms sadly.

Also, my mom’s 10 year old chihuahua passed away last Sunday from chf and the house hasn’t felt the same since. We all miss her a lot. My toy fox terrier is in mourning, too. We brought home a new chihuahua puppy (NOT a replacement) and Luna won’t have anything to do with her I feel so bad.

A week and a half of covid/flu. I am sick, tired, and frustrated. There’s so much to do and I can’t get anything done because all I wanna do is sleep.

Went to the doctor yesterday. I have both the flu and covid. I have been sick for a full week now and I am tired of it.

Gonna make cool showers a normal part of my routine. Also, wanting to do an ice bath. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
