On the 13th of December, six days after we held our teach in on the history of the Palestinian apartheid, our organization recieved a letter of interim suspension pending an investigation from OSU's Dean of Students, Dr. Danny Glassmann, who determined that there is reasonable cause to believe that our organization poses a "significant risk of substantial harm to the safety safety and security of [our] organizations members, other members of the university community, or to university property." This suspension neglected to mention the premises of this accusation, and the OSU Office of Student Life has instructed us to prove our innocence against the University's reasonable cause, which has not been delivered to us.

Our case is no isolated incident. It comes at a time of increasing repression against pro-Palestine student activists across the country. Just a day prior to our suspension, the Rutgers chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) received an eerily similar notice of suspension. About a month prior to that, Columbia University suspended its chapters of SJP and Jewish Voice for Peace. The Palestinian cause is widely popular. Since Oct. 7th massive protests have been erupting across the globe. Our most reliable means of defense in cases of political supression is to band together in solidarity. We must demonstrate that the movement for Palestinian liberation cannot be intimidated into silence!

OUR DEMANDS We, the undersigned, demand that the Ohio State University: 1. Immediately reinstate Central Ohio Revolutionary Socialists' student organization status and drop the allegations and sanctions against them. 2.
