Trump supporters say the president is not the first to leverage the government against political opponents, pointing to the myriad state and federal investigations he has faced in jurisdictions controlled by Democrats. Ah yes, because getting personally investigated by the government after your presidency for the many crimes you’ve been more than reasonably accused of is obviously the same as attempting to fire all government workers who support or were hired by the opposing party.

It’s whatever, it’s not like they were someone I interacted with before, but it is annoying to have my thoughts misrepresented like that with no attempt to respond. They didn’t put my name on their “callout” post, so eh 🤷
