#reiterating from main: have worked customer service before the call reps likely hate company policy as much as you do #pressure on the company but be polite to the reps! #for those who know about my ✨trauma✨ it came from working at a call center #abuse from all sides both callers and management so if you as a caller can make their day less shit #it makes all the difference while still pissing off corporate trust me! #also corporate is more likely to listen to politely worded pushbacks #as when escalated to a manager that sort of thing doesn't get thrown out as just “customer thlhrowing a tantrum” #if you've got a really savvy CSR and they like you they can probably help guide you to the buzzwords that will get the most attention
