Republicans just refused an amendment to fund other parts of DHS who work with issues they claim to care about.

If they cared about funding TSA, FEMA, or the Coast Guard, they would have voted YES on this amendment.

Instead, they made it clear once again that ICE comes before the American people

We celebrate the signing of the US Constitution on September 17, 1787, at Independence Hall in Philadelphia. 39 of 55 delegates representing 12 states signed the document following the four month long convention. Rhode Island declined to send delegates.
