This is people using your discomfort with sex to get you to allow mass surveillance and the heightened control of minors. No. But it is part of a larger cultural trend toward isolating sex (a normal, natural thing the majority of humans do or want) from the rest of the human experience, and using that distance to other and target marginalized people by painting them as perverts.
