Ich glaube langsam, dass ich irgendeine Form von Stauballergie habe. Jedes Mal, wenn ich anfange zu putzen, bekomme ich kurz danach kaum Luft, gefolgt von Schnupfen für 3-4 Tage. Es ist immer der gleiche Ablauf..🤷🏻‍♀️😭

Ich habe mir vorgenommen, jeden Tag 15 Minuten Sport zu machen. Es ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Jahreszeit dafür, aber Timing war halt noch nie mein Ding. Auf jeden Fall war heute Tag 2, und mir tut alles weh. ✌🏻
