This calendar was a @tabletopgaymers.bsky.social giveaway from Origins 2025, I saved it because I knew I needed something to look forward to during recovery. I’m heavily considering buying my own Advent-ure calendar for next year, since Black Oak Workshop makes 3 each year (one 31-day, 2 24-day).

10/10 would recommend a @blackoakworkshop.bsky.social dice calendar as a great pick-me-up after surgery! Nearly halfway through their 31-day Raven’s Faire calendar and loving the dice so far - I started the day of my hysterectomy and open up a new die each morning.

My local renn faire is renfestival.com/schedule/ which shouldn’t be an awful drive for y’all. I still have a couple unused 50% off admission coupons from summer reading at the library (yay Ohio).

I have the best luck at cons, renn faire, craft fairs, and pride festivals!

I’m running a game of Paranoia Perfect Edition (aka All-New Shiny Edition)! We’ll be having some Mandatory Fun.

Libraries often have copiers that could be used for this sort of thing at a reasonable price.

Queer creators is likely the closest for me, though none are quite right. I don’t really use FB enough anymore to remember who I’m connected with there.

My favorite book varies from day to day… but for TTRPG books my current favorite is the Paranoia Core Rulebook for the All-New Shiny Edition/Perfect Edition from @mongoosepublishing.bsky.social. For Pathfinder books, my favorite currently is Occult Adventures because of the Mesmerist.

I already received @cardsagainsthumanity.com from my wife as an early Christmas gift… but I’d love to unwrap either Brave New Missions or Mandatory Fun for @mongoosepublishing.bsky.social’s Paranoia.
