To continue the second point in my first reply, did the person that showed the "proof" that ended up proving the opposite, not know it was AI and were misled about it? Or are they in on it?

Not outright saying they won't, but pushing it off for a later day that may or may not come still brings that suspicion.

They said they don't want to stream to show proof, and once you touched AI, it's on you to show you don't actually still use it.

Also why was that used as proof they don't use AI? Did they not mention that image was AI to the person? Sorry but It just is too suspicious.
