Oh for Sony timecode problems use CommandPost and its Sony Toolbox. It fixes the FCPXML to read the right TC.

Or imported the FCPXML directly into Resolve. Delete all compound clips. Then reconform from bins.

Also you can directly import the XML from XtoCC without importing first into Premiere avoiding the Adobe ransom.

Or Zip with password before sending.

Regardless, I don’t use WeTransfer.

@joeydanna.bsky.social I just listed to the podcast episode about HDR and I completely agree some people are too conservative with their HDR grades specially in the last 2-3 years a bunch of releases look completely SDR and it makes me sad.

Huge #DaVinciResolve v20 bug.

With dynamic project switching off, opening another project and going back to the previous one resulted in a completely empty project. No bins, media or timelines. All gone.

Glad I have automatic project backups.

If you use offset ball as the cursor on the advanced panel with Magic Mask 2, when clicking, it selects the area in Magic Mask but it jumps to the qualifier and also sets the range there.
