I had mine replaced last month for a tiny crack that very quickly became huge - I paid £135 for it but my old insurance charged about £80 for a new windscreen.
Defo check on it, and they can usually come to your house to fit it too! If it's raining tho, some can't fit at home

Check with your insurance! It's usually a lot cheaper to get it replaced through them.

A chip can be repaired, but a crack will be a replacement
