What a game! Last year's champions had a HUGE fight on their hands, but just managed to hold on. Pulse had the edge through the match, but a gallant Dragons team came storming back with their fans roaring them on.

Round one of #NSL2026 is done!
4,800 people turned up for Pulse v Thunder. We saw an absolute thriller between Mavericks & Forest. There were some great NSL debuts. And at the other end of the scale, Josie Huckle played game number 200!

Full time: Pulse 56-51
It's a win for Pulse in the 1st NSL match of the season. The champions gradually got on top and had a good lead in Q4, before a flurry of Sophie Fawns super shots saw Thunder cut the margin and pick up a valuable bonus point.

After a great day's entertainment and some exciting matches, it's congratulations to Loughborough Lightning, who held on in a thriller to defeat London Pulse 18-17 in the final of today's Netball Super Cup.
It's here! The preview to the #NSL2026 season is on today.
The Netball Super Cup features all 8 teams playing a series of shortened games until we find an eventual winner at around 7pm UK time.
