I stayed 3 days in hospital since I cut to fat on my neck in an episode and got stitches
I never thought I would get to the point where cutting is seriously dangerous for me but now it clearly is and I have responsibilities

its all about your headspace, like my first time i was nervous yes but excited and it went amazing
just take small hits if you do, and wait 10-15 minutes before taking another if your nervous. and ofc have lots of water and food ready, i drank like 2 water bottles my first session lmfao
