Chick'n and [cashew] cheese stuffed roti combo.

I had an outstanding lunch at an employee-owned, vegan, Sri Lankan spot today and will 💯 be going back to Mirisata! Their curries, rotis, and other dishes with spiced vegetables and plant-based vegan meat substitutes were hearty and satisfying.
