I guess if they kept busses as they are for a bit (if not upped them), you could just ban private cars overnight in most of Zone 1/2. (They would work excellently without car traffic) but would need some sort of deterent to get the through traffic onto the M25 rather than going around the Zone.

Its genuinly quite good when its not trying to force you into parts of the Microsoft ecosystem or connect to AI. We've used it on a team since the start of covid at first to orgainise us posting out stuff to people at home but now laptop and phone builds /permissions that are for a certain date
