I like his design, although I do prefer him with the short scarf; he looks more dynamic with it. I feel like the long scarf could get in his way during fights.

I'm still reworking Neon's design over the course of the comic as I'm not fully satisified. I do like that scarf he got from Ethane, but it's a pain to draw it in every panel it's in.

This is meant to be Neon post chapter 11.

Got inspired by Xael's scarfs from his comic.
