Fried mushroom caps.
- take white button mushrooms, break the stems off
- place mushroom caps stem side up in frying pan
- add a pinch of salt into each cap
- fry with a small amount of oil (stems optional)
- when a cap releases its water (puddle forms in the cap), flip it (try to keep water in cap)

Just go for it. You're both adults, right? Put the information out there. Something wonderful could come out of it, or you'll have something to laugh about later (after some processing).
