An important factoid of the Kamil and Estinien relationship is that Estinien always made a point of calling Kamil ‘Ser Kamil’. Ever since they met. Even if he clearly never uses honorifics for anyone else. Even AFTER they started a relationship. It took him a month and some change to shed the habit!
