I agree with the virtual queue stuff (can't speak on the rest, so I won't) it's horrid. Its done nothing to make the dealers den less crowded, has made me opt out of AA altogether, and unlike years before I won't be going back to DD again to browse (and spend) more. Really hope they ditch it.
