I'll probably be back properly tomorrow. It's been nice taking some time to detox from social media, but I'm feeling ready to return. Will probably still be around less going forward, though. My brain gets cooked way too easily here ehe

Gotta say, this was not the Snakeskin follow-up I expected to write lol
I was having trouble getting motivated to work on other projects, so I challenged myself to write something short and simple (under 1k words). Honestly, I think it turned out pretty well considering I'm normally super wordy!

Like I said I'm down! Big arthropods are cool, I have a couple ideas for ones I might want to doodle. Yeah I really need to read up on the Devonian! I think I've heard of the insect origin speculation but again, not an expert.

Yeah a lot of stuff feels pretty similar, I think Cultic does enough stuff differently and really well that it's well worth sticking with tho

Finally started played Cultic Ch 2 tonight. So far it's still shaping up to be one of the best throwback shooters out there atm! Banger atmosphere and level design, and I love the revolver. The semi-auto shotgun feels a little weak but the sawed off still slaps so w/e.
