Ukraine's attacking occupied territories again.
Drones are hitting Crimea and Donetsk.

Yevpatoria and Saki have both heard air raid sirens.

Meanwhile, drones captured the moment Ukraine took out another air defence system (Buk) in occupied Zaporizhzhia.

Three days ago Ukraine's particularly big bombardment of Russia's military in occupied Crimea, hit drone storage warehouses in Yevpatoria.

Sat pics shows the Aviation Repair Plant suffered hits to three hangars. It's not known how much equipment was destroyed.

Satellite photos now, starting with the Sheshkaris oil terminal, hit by a Ukraine drone swarm overnight.

It's likely pumping equipment & the pipeline system at the plant in Novorossiysk were damaged, but to what extent is impossible to say.

There also seems to be an oil slick.

Good numbers from Ukraine on destroyed equipment.

Fewer than 1000 troops, but almost 250 vehicles hit along with a near record 74 artillery systems and five air defence systems.

Ukraine is doing serious damage to Russia's logistics.

Without further ado, let's look at the air defence numbers from last night.

94 Russian drones attacked, 84 were stopped, which is 89%. 10 hits were recorded in 4 places.

9 settlements have been liberated by Ukraine on the southern part of the frontline, according to Kyiv.

The villages have not been named with officials only saying they are in "the Oleksandrivka direction" adding "work is currently underway to liberate several more settlements."

The "Freedom of Russia" Legion, fighting against the Putin regime posted videos of what they claim was an arson attack on a military locomotive.

They say it happened at "the key hub of Nizhny Novgorod sorting station, a central point for moving troops/equipment" though the claims cannot be verified

One person was killed in the train attack in Dnipropetrovsk region.

The injury count has increased to 10, six of whom are hospitalised.

Three people have been injured this afternoon when Russia attacked this apartment block in the Shevchenko part of the city.

The youngest victim is a girl, aged 10. A man in his 50s is seriously wounded.

Russian has struck a moving train near Kryvyi Rih.

Details are still emerging but at least 7 are injured, with one person fighting for their life after the attack at Apostolove, south of Kryvyi Rih.

Ukraine also issued another update on overnight damage inflicted on the terrorist state.

Another massive blow may have been achieved on the Russian air defence, with KYiv claiming the "space comms centre" and the "Podlyot-K1" radar station on occupied Crimea were struck + another radar in Luhansk.

Early indications are that the damage to Novorossiysk is not as serious as Ukraine may have wished.

Early reports of a Russian vessel being hit are NOT confirmed. Some evidence of smoke, but certainly not much and no critical damage revealed so far.

Krasnodar airport was finally allowed to reopen at 9am this morning.

One other airport in Russia has since been shut due to Ukraine's drone activity, and that's Penza.

Ukraine's Gen Staff confirm the latest strike on the (Sheshkaris) oil terminal in Novorossiysk, which I reported in last night's thread.

However the Russian Naval Base was also attacked and another S-400 radar station was hit.

Events in the middle-east are affecting Ukraine.

There are legitimate fears about the US using too many air defence missiles and may even stop selling stuff to Ukraine allies.

And while the peace talks should still happen, they may be moved from Abu Dhabi.

I just listened to the US Defence Sec making a speech about events in the middle-east, and cannot help to notice he says of Iran everything the sane world has been telling them about Russia - "they are not interested in peace. Stalling, rearming."

The TV pundit doesn't get it.
