These people are blatant game-players in the leasehold system and account for a disproportionate amount of correspondence. Absolute bottom-feeders who behave as though they are beyond the rules.

Very good. Unfortunately I have to repeat this about 3-4 times a week. Last time was to a woman who said I made her cry, which mortified me actually. I was trying to ward off disaster, and perhaps overdid it.
