Boston officials flummoxed by Trump administration’s rejection of federal funding for flood protections - The Boston Globe A plan to prevent flooding in Fort Point is in limbo after FEMA denied Boston’s $10 million grant for a flood wall following six years of collaborative planning.

For 6 years, Boston and FEMA have been working on a plan to protect the Fort Point neighborhood from flooding.

Now, FEMA has rejected the grant application, blaming Boston, saying the city failed to send the right documents. Are they being gaslit?
