I don't know if they need to be a "hero" in the true sense of the word, but they should be the hero of their own story – someone the reader can relate to and root for and want to keep spending time with, coming back to pick up the book again and again, or better yet – never put it down!

Everyday I imagine I'm already a successful author & it fills me w/ gratitude. Having the confidence needed to be successful is often the hardest part. Remember to be kind to yourself & believe in yourself. We got this! 💜
