In 1995 a friend showed me AOL clubs. It left an enormous impact on me. I saw a way for people everywhere on the planet to meet and share with each other. I believed finding common ground would help create peace. I thought we would care about each other. I was wrong.

When the internet was small I felt included. Now it’s too loud and nobody notices if I’m here or not.
