Cooperation is key to Sweden’s success in low antimicrobial resistance - SIANI Farmers' initiatives in the 80s established the foundation of Sweden's low antibiotics consumption, and collaboration among key actors in the society further made low AMR in Sweden possible.

#AMR remains a significant issue despite decreased use of #antimicrobials. #Sweden has low antibiotic consumption, with only 10% used for animal treatment.

Cooperation and prioritization are needed to combat AMR.
