Chengxi's storyboards originally had these two cuts at different angles. He told me to improvise as much as I wanted, so I figured I'd save the background department a cut.

The city drawn behind them looks to be a large, modern city. It also shows a fictional transit card called "inoca" that has a boar as its mascot, and a folded map of the city. The text describes a fictional Earth set sometime in the future, where it suffered a catastrophic event caused by meteor strikes. Earth then rebuilt from the event with the help of aliens. "Crater-Γ" is the name of a city built in and around the crater of the same name that was formed during the event, and houses millions of people including aliens.
