Noticing a trend...

It shouldn’t be the responsibility of your employees to make sure we have adequate coverage. they’re making it seem like 8 people are out at the same time in the middle of August when it’s like no…at most like 3 people are out between 3-8 days at a time…there are ways to work with that number bsffr

And this is coming from someone who doesn’t even take PTO that often. Like next week is the first week I’ve scheduled off for any sort of vacation time outside of the holidays. My individual team lead told us to take more PTO cause we take time off the least.

Like I still can’t believe the audacity of saying that we should be mindful of scheduling PTO and to move things around if we can in order to have coverage. It’s one thing around the holidays but you must be out ur fuckin mind if u think I’m gonna move DOCTOR APPTs in order to be at this fuckass job
