It feels right that I’m cleaning out my parents house to make it my home during the Halloween season. There is so much to purge and bury, finally, forever. Might fuck around and paint the walls all of my favorite colors.

I’ve had so much Churchianity shoved in my face in the last two weeks that my jaw hurts from keeping a polite smile locked on my face. My mom wasn’t religious in an organized way but appearances had to be kept up. Today is for chocolate, listening to her favorite music and hailing Satan.

It’s a night for caftans, sandalwood incense, and 70’s witch movies: The Initiaton of Sarah, Satan’s School for Girls, and Mark of the Witch.

This scene is still too real. The disappointment never ends.
