The Supreme Court doesn't usually issue orders at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday while the lower court is still deliberating, the government hasn't responded, and one of the justices isn't finished writing a dissent.

There are only three tried and true ways to reduce a trade deficit:
> Weaken your currency
> Reduce your budget deficit
> Crash your economy
"Tariffing away" a trade deficit will not work unless it indirectly does one of those three ways
Senators Cantwell (D-Washington) and Grassley (R-Iowa) have introduced a bill to require tariffs to expire unless approved by Congress within 60 days.
