The Supreme Court doesn't usually issue orders at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday while the lower court is still deliberating, the government hasn't responded, and one of the justices isn't finished writing a dissent.

If you think only citizens are entitled to this, (a) you're wrong but (b) pretend for a moment that a citizen was wrongly arrested and denied the hearing to show a mistake was made. No way to prove innocence, on exec say-so. This is why denying due process to anyone denies it to everyone.

"Tariffing away" a trade deficit will not work unless it indirectly does one of those three ways

Senators Cantwell (D-Washington) and Grassley (R-Iowa) have introduced a bill to require tariffs to expire unless approved by Congress within 60 days.
