Just watched a screening in Kingston and highly recommend this important and moving documentary. Its focus on young people resonates today, with young people now being the ones to get us out of the oppressive hierarchical domination of our current systems of “order”.

Listen up people! This is about authoritarian media capture, and it's all part of some sort of burgeoning revolution, where we are finally able to see everything that is really happening in society, so we can decide what kind of world we want to live in.

While each one of us is special (infinitely valuable), not everything we do or make is special. We have to separate out the being from the doing.

It’s not just Epstein and MeToo; it’s the whole system of hierarchy and dominance that supports patriarchy and colonialism and the rest.

I became a feminist in the 1970s. When I started reading feminism again 10 years ago, I redefined it as “easing oppression everywhere” but that is less catchy than the definition above.

If the US attacks Iran, it will be a war of aggression just like Putin attacking Ukraine. It could end in WWIII. Let’s not pretend it’s anything else.
