This actually gets right to the heart of why so many have been slow to identify Trump's dementia. He was always an idiot and a lunatic. So it's easy to confuse is dementia related decline is simply more of his idiocy and lunacy, when in fact he is now a triple threat of incompetence.

Paranoia is a fundamental characteristic of malignant narcissism. Paranoia is also a common symptom of dementia, particularly in the moderate to late stages, due to neurological damage to the brain.

So Trump's unhinged behavior may be attributed to both of these disorders?
