I’ve been in Arizona since last Saturday, and despite being preemptive and buying a bunch of healthy food, and cooking healthy meals here, I think I’ve gained about five pounds. Whoops. Weight loss is a journey, and it’s ok to live life. At least I’m pretty regardless. 😜
