We enrolled the 100th parent in 'Health4Life Parents and Teens'! Our team at Matilda Centre (USyd) spent 18 months codesigning this program with parents in NSW communities. It provides parents with evidence-based support to improve their teen's habits in the 'Big 6' risk factors for chronic disease.
