I had a whole band for my practice session tonight... getting over stage fright I guess 😆

It kills me that I can't use the irradium glass.

Nooooo. This is a losing strategy.

Oh you think my anxiety hasn't produced an entire survival plan for my fur babies in the post apocalyptic wasteland? That's actually true. I have five.

You can join my team. I want to say I would leave you to die if it meant saving myself but I wouldn't, which will probably be my end, but I think we'll do some good during the end times.

Aside from the incoming apocalypse, I just enjoy doing what I want to do when I want to do it. My life has very little comprise (outside of the furry freeloaders) and I appreciate that.

I really think the small pocket around 1980-1986 is it's own thing. We clearly remember pre and post Internet, which is sort of the dividing line. I remember a card catalog at the library. I remember using a rotary phone. But I also had AOL when I was 15.

I am technically a cusp millennial but I was born in 1982. I was a latch key kid. I remember the time I accidentally lit the stove on fire because I made mac and cheese when I got home from school but forgot to turn the burner off after removing the pot. It caught on fire. I threw water on it 😄

I think I have a decent chance. Athletic, can climb a rope super well (underestimated value), coveted medical knowledge that will encourage people to keep me alive. Any comparative partner would be competition.

As we move closer to end times, I think being single is better. There's no one to slow me down and one less person's inevitable demise to mourn.

I resist making a "hang in there" joke everytime I post silks material.

For those not familiar with silks, a dancer wrap is one style of foot lock (typically called standard and dancers). Placing a foot in a lock secures the foot for other tricks until the aerialist releases the lock (not shown here).

Entirely possible. I've only gone to independent practices (as far as I know anyhow).

I'm sure cosmetic work is more profitable but I'd guess the sheer volume of fillings is where the money is made.

I'm sure the tooth would have needed a crown eventually since it had two existing fillings but probably could have waited.

Hook for $705 replacement with the new dentist because the previous dentist did bad work. Honestly, should have gotten a 2nd opinion on the crown rec because I thought it was BS at the time and now doubly regret having it done.

Degree gap at the base and it needs to be replaced before the tooth rots. He recommended I contact the dentist who did the work for a discount because a crown should last at least ten years. But that dentist is out of network for me now so I'm on the

as a cavity that needs to be filled. Ask five different dentists and you'll get five different answers. Lastly, there's really no recourse for bad work. The new dentist I saw today said a crown I had done three years ago either wasn't sized properly or wan't seated properly because there's a 360

Well, there's @tom.medsky.social's story, which I think is probably a common one. Similarly, my previous dentist told me I had a cracked tooth that needed repair six months ago. New dentist today said the tooth is fine, no crack. As far as I can tell, there's no standard of care for what qualifies

Kind of like the cracked tooth a different dentist recommended repair for six months ago that had shockingly repaired itself by the time I had this appointment.
