Consciousness is a fall
Backwards through time
Like falling through the sky
Spread your arms and awareness
To slow down
Curl into yourself
And focus inward to hasten

Being a child is like being held hostage on an alien planet. You don't know the language, culture, or customs. Hell, you aren't even adjusted to the physical conditions of the environment yet! You are completely at the mercy of whoever your guardians are, and whatever actions they choose to take.

Saw this guy zooming backwards across the road this morning, kicking his feet to move and having the time of his life.

Was reading through my journal from October and found a page that captures what my inner monologue sounds like whenever I don't have to think about bills.

Memory creates consciousness.

The soul is not a physical object but a transitive state.

Souls and time are related concepts. Is the soul another dimension in the way that time is, or is the soul just another name or effect of time?
