Because it’s fall break & there were things that needed using (apple picking & travel remnants I.e. cider doughnuts, apples & left over cinnamon pecans from Bucees) — so it’s apple & cider doughnut bread pudding with a pecan topper & bourbon sauce (because we have to go back to school tomorrow 😂)

Ooops mistakes were made & I did not manage breakfast this morning because I had to sort out the toile for an 18th century waiscoat that my student needed today. So now I’m Going to teach 3 back to back classes hungry— wish me luck because I’m going to need it!
