What do you mean people aren't coming to Steam Next Fest and immediately clicking the match-3 filter. Ha ha ha.

I think there's value in everyone sharing their numbers, especially when it's not a breakout success. It helps temper expectations for new devs, but also helps people feel less alone when they're struggling with the algorithm.

I don't know how Mythmatch launch will go, but I promise to share it.

I know Night in the Woods had some tech, but that was mostly for flat shaded characters where they could reuse swaths of images.

One of my favorite Mythmatch characters to help write was Philomena, our very direct and literal scientist.

It's the character that I was most able to just dump my own thoughts into, especially about being popular in work, but never invited socially.
