My two most memorable experiences is scuba diving in the nude and Frozen Lake Ice Skating in peak Winter in the nude! Both extremely beautiful experiences and something that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Life can get loud, constant pings, rushing days, endless distractions.
But when you leave clothes behind, something shifts.
Time softens.
Your senses wake up.
And being present stops feeling like an effort, it just happens. 🌿

I was thankfully born into a naturist household.

However, one of the best ways of starting tin naturism is by spending time naked at home and once acclimatised with that, try going to the beach. That’s what all my Friends have done. And they are full fledged naturists now!!

Liberation happens when the body stops pretending.
When you stop performing “confidence”
and start feeling yourself again.
When the skin finally breathes,
the mind unclenches,
and the old stories lose their grip.
You don’t need a perfect body.
You need an honest one.

My family, being born in a naturist household, I was born into naturism as a philosophy.

I cherish this book, “As the crow flies” a lot as it is the first ever book my father gifted me just as I had picked up on the habit of reading over 22 years ago. Even though I have read this book so many times, I love to just pick it up and read it.
